paid for cell bill with cash and was also billed on my credit card.when i contacted them they informed me they would give credit for that month however; I would be charged again for this month (which was already paid)!!!!
I just wasted one hour on the phone with them...I will be getting a new cell phone contract. Not with them!!!!!! Customer service rep. sounded baffled that I was not satisfied with this fix.
She told me, "I tried to explain to you that you would be charged again." I told her that I would take my business somewhere else.
I truly dispise being patronized and treated like I am some dumb smuck!Sheeeesssshhhh!
