Purchased two Tvs online at on Saturday. TV went out of stock after my order went through.
I received a delayed email and the next day a callelation meanwhile my money was not refunded and I could not purchase anything else. Called Walmart for rain check they put me on hold to speak to escalation supervisor after holding for 12 minutes the supervisor picks up tells me that there is nothing they can do as I'm trying to respond the phone was disconnected (I was hung up on) and didn't receive a call back so it was not a mistake. Really Walmart you can't afford to give a rain check for a small item tv that normally costs about $50 more??? It's not like I'm breaking the freaking bank with this rain check!!!
The site does not warn you that this could happen and now Im unable to purchase anything else...my only happy moment this thanksgiving week!!
Walmart you are a big box business you should have systems in place to avoid these types of things from happening...I wasn't mad until I COULD NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE!!! I'm not normally a complainer I take things for what they are but not when you are holding my money making me unable to purchase anything else and missing other retailers deals
