Purchased the tv friday night, showed 6 available online. Sunday morning i received an email saying my order was cancelled.
Called and customer support assured me it was an error in their system and that they were having a better sale monday and if my account didnt auto update with the new price monday to call back tuesday. Nothing happened monday. Called back tuesday. Got hung up on twice and told nothing they could do on my third call.
Filed a BBB complaint. Never heard of such customer service.
