If buying from make sure you are not buying a 3rd party item. Customer service becomes very rude and very unwilling to help.

They tell you to contact the 3rd party. After several phone calls and emails to both companies, a refund has yet to be made for item returned.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I wish I had a penny every time a poster on this site mistook being told no, or not bending the rules just for them as "rude" behavior. If I did I would be a millionaire.

There are some items, especially third party items that cannot be returned, exchanged, or fixed at the company you buy it at, whether it is Walmart, or another store.

Also growing would be nice. This would mean not mistaking being told no as rude customer service, as well as not mistaking not bending the rules just for you as rude customer service.
