I placed an order for a $20 item with a valid credit card. Walmart seemed to accept it but later contacted me that they cancelled the order because they suspected fraud.
The order was made from my home computer with the same shipping and billing address so there was no legitimate reason to suspect fraud. I placed the order again through PayPal and they cancelled that one also. I complained to customer service, asking them to look into their faulty online order system. They told me I should try again but this time create and save a walmart account.
Their system said I could check out as a guest. They should not tell you that if they are going to refuse to fill the order if you don't have a permanent account with them.
