On Sept/29/2011 attending clerk at Customer Service Sylvia at 6:54pm processed and in incorrect Money Gram that took for ever.I advised that the complete name had to be on the Money Gram for Mexico's standards, but she decided to argue with me and say that she doesn't see why they wouldn't be able to retrieve the Money if they have the reference number.."Customer is always right, which I was" I requested for it to be fixed and to my knowledge another cashier fixed it but somehow could not present a new receipt.

Next time if someone doesn't know what they are doing that has to do with International Transfers.Do not place them in that position.
