Today I had reported a missing item that I got at Walmart an hour after I bought it,when I went to the store to claim my missing bag(4 items inside at a cost of 6.97 each) the item was missing the cashier said that no male had bought 4 bras at her register, but my ticket registers 4 bras at a price of 6.97 each,i filled for a security camera search,it is incredible the level of incompetence that this store has ,if the bag in question is missing...

Anonymous I doubt the cashier stole your bras (though I guess it is a possibility). I think it's more likely they were a left behind that the cashier didn't notice and they got loaded ...

anon You paid with cash, no doubt.
You are going to need to talk to the store manager and then go above to corporate.
(They won;t care until you ask if it was stolen in-store...

I had a large order today at the Norristown, PA Walmart on 53 W. Germantown Pike, Norristown, PA 19401, Store# 03565, 16 items, $72.73. The woman at the customer service desk would not honor an expired $.50 coupon for my Colgate toothpaste. The coupon was less than 30 days expired. Other stores in our area will honor a coupon if it's less than 30 days expired. The woman was quite rude and nasty towards me. Additionally, there were only two...

Walmart Cashier Review

I went to Walmart today and got some concealer, cause I needed it. When my family and I were walking away from the makeup department, a lady told me that the makeup had to be put in a box, like for video games. It's a *** rule, like it's not like I'm going to walk out of the store with it.

This Walmart is so convenient to my house but it is getting to be such a chore to get out of the store. There's always a minimum of atleast 4 ppl standing up front with one register open. Last go round my cashier started ringing my order and finds he has no cash drawer...He asks mgr on front line he says OK. Now mind you he was already started on one drawer, then proceeds on opening other drawers with no customers in line...I'm waiting patiently...

I go to the neighborhood market Walmart on McCulloch Road and Alafaya Trail in Oviedo Florida. Most of the cashiers are nice but I recently dealt with a really horrible cashier named Lynda. She was very abusive to me and from what I remember she was working sometime around midnight. At night there's usually only one cashier so one night before going into the store I called to see what gender the cashier was who was working there at night. I...

Anonymous I am sure that Walmart would be very very happy if you stayed away from their stores.

As showing on Wal-Mart app Gatorade Thirst Quencher Variety Pack 18 PK 12 FL OZ available at store for 1.50.Went in on Dec 22, 2016. Was at the register and advised cashier that app price showing 1.50 . Stated that was incorrect contacted CSM and argued that online price and store price may differ . I advised her I didn't want the online price at $9.11. I wanted it at $1.50 which was the store price showing on app. She continued to argue with me...

I don't think your stores are bad and some have gotten to be cleaner, but the one thing that has always bothered me was the way some are treated at check out, the floor help if you can find them are nice and helpful but the cashiers most of the time will not even look at you, do not say hi, ask you if you found every thing. Last night I was at Walmart checking out, after 2 minutes I said hi to her, and I'm the one that said thank you not her....

Last night I was at the Campbellsville Ky store #00665, I wanted $20.00 back on my debit card. I asked f I could have two 10's. Cashier told me she doesn't have 10's because they don't receive them. My husband asked for 5's and was told no because she has to ask for fives. Told us to get change from service center. My husband went to service center and was told they also could not break a ten. Told him to go to lane 13 for the breaking of the...

I was picking up several things at the Temple Walmart (31st St. location) on Friday Nov. 18th at approximately 4 PM. I had grocery, automotive, and hardware items. Apparently a new rule is to card people under 18 if purchasing windshield wiper fluid. The cranky lady asked for my i.d. Stunned, I said, "are you kidding me?" She said, "you look young to me." I felt she was mocking me. I am 45 years old with plenty of gray hair. She insisted.

I told her it was her job not mine. She got quite rude and basically called me a b*&ch because I refused to do it and she had a line up. Spoke to the assistant manager -- said he would speak to her but said it was at the cashier's discretion as to whether they will bag your groceries or not. Guess what STRIKE 3 WALMART. Shopping somewhere else! Imagine, too lazy to put my purchases in a freak'en bag. Never mind putting the bag in...
