Unfortunately, my Walmart receipt is not readable; although I had it safe in my drawer. Now Walmart doesn't want to help fix what I paid for. I think they should be more considerate, and agree to help fix my machine. I paid too much money, plus the insurance. Very sad...

The receipt that you get is not their responsibility. That is your responsibility.

You're an adult, not a child.

You should have kept it inside of the product care plan pamphlet, taken a picture of it, had it reprinted, or just put it in a ziploc bag. No one is responsible for you but you.

Walmart - Review in Supermarkets and Malls category from Waterford, New York

Never seem to get any product in when they run out or people are just to *** lazy to stock shelves during the day. The last three times I've been to the Meadville Pennsylvania Wal-Mart, not only are they out of products on the shelf but also in the back room. Wal-Mart used to be on top of these types of things but lately it's simply been ridiculous and frankly quite pathetic. If it were a one time occurrence it would be understandable, but when it happens nearly ever day and with the same products, it's unacceptable. If the people in charge can't do their job properly then maybe they should step aside and let someone else do it. Is it too much to ask that when I go to the store the shelves be stocked with the products they CLAIM to sell.

When the items are ordered but the warehouse is out, not a whole lot can be done about that. The associates stock shelves with the merchandise that is delivered on the trucks each night.

If the products you are looking for doesn't come in on the trucks, they can't stock it. It has nothing to do with anybody not knowing how to do their job or laziness. Since you are so smart, why don't you tell them how to stock shelves with merchandise that has been ordered and not received due to the warehouse being out. I'm waiting for your brilliant response.

Love people who think they know more about somebody else's job and can do it better. They make me laugh!

Walmart in Franklin, Ohio - Broke motor on window (electric)

we went to WalMart in Franklin Ohio on 12/28/14 to have tires I purchased at WalMart in Princeton Kentucky on 12/22/14 aired up. the tires I purchased had to be aired up three times in a 6 day period. in Franklin Ohio they rolled my drivers window down and then burned the motor/regulator and could not get the window back up. We had to drive home with cardboard and duck tape on the window so that we could get home to Providence, KY. My husband viewed a video and received a claim form. He also talked to the main office in Arkansas. Apparently this is a normal procedure to roll down a window to check tires. Anyway this is going to cost me nearly $250.00 to repair. WalMart has denied the claim. I am going tonight to get the tires straightened out. having to air them up three times in six days is ridiculous. Oh yes, the store in Franklin said they didn't see anything wrong with the tires. If nothing is wrong with them why is the tire pressure going down.

So you're getting all bent out of shape and never shopping at Walmart again just because they ran out of some items? Wow.

Just...wow. Every store runs out of an item sometimes, so quit whining and get over it.

first off the claim of matching competitor prices on in-store items is fraudulent,in the fact that most of their items are only accessible online.like for instance i wear a 34 waist 36 length pants.now go check and see how often 34 w 36 l pants are on the in store...

This actually isn't walmart policy, it's copyright laws being enforced. They weren't accusing you of anything, but unfortunately this is one of those instances where a few bad eggs have ruined it for everyone so they have to treat everyone the same. You shouldn't be mad that they refused to bend the rules just for you, you should be glad they are keeping prices down by discouraging the real scammers.

Walmart didn't make the charges. Someone stole your card number and did it.

Walmart can't refund it, they don't know you didn't make the charge.

You need to call your bank and work it out with them. If you think it is walmarts fault, you are truly ignorant.

Walmart pricing

Purchased hotdog buns at wal-mart, Shelf price was $1.34. register rang up at $1.48. Just a 14 cent difference, but for the Fitzgerald GA store, a regular occurrence.  Constantly find a difference in price, or no price listed for many items.  They always claim the stock in wrong place.  Why?  It's their job to stock and price, not mine. Several time I have had to get them to check on a price, refund etc. Take the 14 cents and figure how many times someone is overcharged. Really increases the profit for the store. Aisles are constantly full of stock carts, partly blocking the aisle.

walmaT seems to have all kinds of issues. I can not even buy any fresh items.

Mold the bread has MOLD. I was told that it is not the fault of the store that they have moldy bread that the bread manufactures stock those shelves COME ON REALLY you leave 10 day old moldy bread out and blame someone else POOR MANAGEMENT is what I say. Poor management. What should I do sit in the walmart and wait for the man that loads the MOLDY bread to show up to tell him or should I HOLD WALMART management responsible for it!!

why does it go MOLDY because it is bad so many times that no one BUYS BREAD AT walmart.

@Anonymous

That's true, actually. The bread is all vendor managed.

The vendors come in, stock the shelves, and take the old product back out with them. They bring the product in with them each time they visit, it doesn't sit in Walmart back room. It is called pay from scan merchandise, meaning Walmart isn't charged for it if it doesn't sell.

(The baseball cards and greeting cards are the same way.) The store manager can get with the vendors if there is an issue, but that's pretty much all they can do. The vendors also set their own mods and build their own fixtures.

So you want those carts filling the aisles moved? Why?

So you can complain that there is no stock on the shelves?

Price tag errors happen everywhere, not just Walmart. Accept that humans work there and move on.
