Ordered site to store. waited 8 hours just to say that the carpet cleaner was out of stock.

I can't believe that they want me to wait for 5 days until it gets to the store from another location. managers are very rude and unprofessional, just don't care. all they say is that you can call the store yourself. *** bs.

Needed to clean my carpet today, now my money is stuck in limbo for 3-5 days, no cleaner, no replacement or anything.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Manager never want to talk to customers, Bad service.
