I purchased items through Affirm from Walmart. All items were returned due to issues of shipping by a third party with the exception of one item that was returned to the store.

The funds were refunded fully on one item and partially on the other two. My complaint is I want the reminder funds to be refunded since the item has been returned to the warehouse. This issue has been occurring for well over 6 weeks with Solution Specialist and everyone else giving me the run around. I have been more than patient with this process and still as of today, nothing has been fixed on my account.

It's a Billing issue they say. Well why haven't the Billing Department gone into the system and simply refunded the reminder balance. I am tired of them and this process and will never use Affirm or by anything off of Walmart using that method.

They have made the experience miserable and are a joke. FIX MY ACCOUNT
