They promise to get you your merchandise on a specific day and deliver when they get ready.
I ordered a television from Walmart.com that was suppose to be delivered on 12 Dec. I received an email on 13 Dec that says "Thanks for your recent Walmart.com order using our Site to Store service. Unfortunately, the items scheduled for pickup at the Raytown store have been delayed. They're currently being processed and we'll get them to your local store as soon as we can. When I called walmart.com, they told me "they cannot locate my television and have no idea when it will arrive to the store. I was told to just wait and that I couldn't cancel my order because it was already on the truck. This is totally unsat!!!!!!
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $413.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
I didn't like: Service.
