I ordered 3 items from (guaranteed 2 day shipping). The first item arrived on time the 2nd item was 5 days later and the 3rd item never arrived!

I never received an e-mail or any notification it was delayed. When I called 1 week later they were totally unaware it had never shipped and when they investigated they said it was stuck in processing. They admitted that they have no system in place to tell them when an item does not ship and do not have any way to notify you. The only way they know is when you complain.

The item I ordered was an nutritional supplement that id the only thing I can eat and they did not care. Staff was very rude including corporate management!

The smae EXACT thing happened to me this week and I was advised to cancel and reorder and now I have two of the same items delivering to me. I was charged for both. My conversation with Walmart went nowhere also becase the customer service team is horrible.
