I placed an order online November 11, 2014.My billing addresss came up and I submitted the order.
After I submitted the order it showed me what was being shipped to the store and what was being shipped to me. I then noticed that it is being shipped to an address that I've not lived at in almost 2 years. The address had been changed after moving but Walmart still shipped my things to this address. I was able to go back to the order and cancel 2 of the items but I've still been charged for them and they are still being shipped.
I spoke with a customer care person who couldn't help me for trying to tell me the policy of placing orders. I understand the policy, I just want to know why my order was sent to the wrong address and why I have to call and despute the order if I don't receive the order.
Walmart need to get more responsible people working for them.I need answers soon, I'm not going to be responsible for items I ordered if I'm not going to receive them.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $60.
I didn't like: Walmart customer service.
