I ordered a trolling motor from Walmart.com last May. Received the motor, paid for it, used it, liked it.
On Feb. 10, 2016, I received an email from Walmart.com telling me that my motor has been shipped. Didn't think anything of it until I checked my Discover account yesterday to find that I have been charged for another motor. Spent 2 hours on chat with someone from India and his supervisor to find out that the only suggestion they have is to dispute the charge!
It's not possible to call a person at Walmart.com. Anyone tried?
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of lack of customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of walmart account. Walmart needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
