I ordered a Kayak....A week later it was still in the processing stage. I contacted a rep and they said it would ship out that evening, which did not happen.

I checked my bank account and the transaction was no longer pending, it was gone. I contacted another rep the next day. They said to give it one more day and see what happens. Nothing happened.

I cancelled the order.

Then they said they may or may not cancel it for me, they would let me know. Two days latter, they still did not let me know...I felt like I was being held hostage and couldn't find out the truth...I will never, ever order from them again.

Product or Service Mentioned: Walmart Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $210.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
