I really hope that no one would ever have need to speak with a Walmart Credit Card Customer Service agent over the phone. I have had an issue and have spoken to two people that had no clue what to do, gave out wrong information, were argumentative, and had absolutely no skills when dealing with frustrated customers. i applied for a walmart card and she told me i qualified so she was getting all my info and then makes a mistake and tells me i have to come back another time because all my info got deleted i love shopping there and after this i honestly might go elsewhere because of the service i recieved it upset me because i was told i qualified then this happens to me.
