Walmart - Lesson learned. Amazon for life.

I purchased a cable from Walmart.com which came from a 3rd party vendor. It didn’t work. Being an avid Amazon shopper, I expected an easy return process. Boy was I wrong. It’s been days and I’m still waiting for the 3rd party vendor to contact me about shipping this item back. Amazon would have helped me within minutes. Lesson learned.

Walmart - Not ready, come back - text "ready"

Go to the Walmart pharmacy, two hours after the script was submitted, they lie and tell you they just reveived it, but you can wait - it will be 45 minutes. Of course you leave and when you get home in 15, there is a text that your script is ready. Bullshit this is not an isolated incident.

Walmart - Shelves are always empty

I use online grocery pickup and for the last 6 + months they have substituted at least 8+ items every time due to no stock of what was ordered, I have been in 2 different walmarts in my area and the same thing empty shelves. This is not due to the weekend or Holiday, my Mom also shops at Walmart in the middle of the week and she is always complaining about empty shelves. What is going on? maybe Walmart should rethink the grocery business since they can't or won't keep up with demand for items!

Walmart - Quadruple charged my transaction

9 days ago I used my Walmart Green Dot card at my local Walmart to buy $101.89 worth of groceries. Later when I try to use my card it was declined. I logged into my account and was surprised to find I had $0! Turns out I was charged $101.89 FIVE times!!! Walmart customer service explained they can't give me the money back, only my card service can help me. Green Dot promised to refund me all the over charges, but as of yet I have not received one penny back and I'm completely broke until next payday.

Walmart - Customer service is awful

Standing in photo push the button multiple times 6 different employees walk past me I ask them all for help 4 just keep walking and 2 say to push the button! Wow what a great place ! Lazy *** workers and the management must be worse ! Because they trained these people

Your issue is with UPS, not Walmart. UPS is not part of Walmart, and Walmart can not make them do any thing.
