Walmart - A huge mistake.

No able to track my return on item sent wrong . takes 1 month to get my money back. Also last order was not shipped 5 days after order placed. I contact them to cancel and they have not been able. So have to wait 2 weeks for item to arrive and about 5 more to get my money back....ridiculo

This is the most horrible care plan ever, the supervisors are liars and it’s been a whole month. They recycled my phone when it was supposed to get repaired. Mary and max are two of the supervisors that were telling the lies.
