Walmart - Robbed again at the carousel

Trying to load paid purchases into cart while clerk is already scanning next customer purchases. "You've got everything" Get home and note missing items. Store customer service just says the next customer gets it. Getting the bums rush at the carousel. Not worth the long drive and time to recover lost grocery items. Resolve to shop elsewhere. It never happens at Meijers, Family Fare or Hardings. Been shorted several times at Walmart.

Walmart - Ridiculous

This is absolutely ridiculous at this point. I’ve sat on the phone for over an hour with Walmart’s customer service, being transferred around /disconnected with for over an hour now. I’ve requested to speak with supervisors, only to be told that the reps “can’t find any”?? The gc I was given for Christmas is reporting inactive though I’ve registered it online multiple times and shows that there is a balance with no recent transactions. No one can explain why or what’s going on. All smoke and mirrors. This is so ridiculous. Never shopping here again.
