Hello I am responding to you about an issue about that I have been trying to resolve since august 25. I had called that day about an issue to file a warranty claim. I had tried to contact customer service about my tv because it failed to malfunction and I was told that I would have a manger call me which never happened. On Labor Day I decided to take my tv to see I could get a replacement or an exchange. This was as the Walmart store on south post oak in Houston Texas. Laticia was the manager on duty at the time and she was reluctant with a bias attitude to help. She didn't even look it up on the computer and had total disregard for my issue and customer service. She had poor enthusiasm to care and it was frustrating. Out of options and frustration I left the tv at the store and she then called for security on my husband and I on the loudspeaker. Then she ran us out of the store in which my husband and I left quickly to our vehicle because we were in fear that we might go to jail or mistakenly shot as a criminal. It was humiliating. That night I called customer service and made a complaint and was told that a manager would contact me back. Sharise at the south post oak store called my on 9-13-2016. She told me to come and pick up my tv and some paperwork about my tv. I went to the store that night and was told by her that didn't know where my tv was and that it was possibly lost. She didn't know what happened to it. She suggested that it was a bad idea to drive to the headquarters because my tv was shipped there! The real question is what did they do to my tv? Why would you ship it back and not call the customer! The staff really screwed up on this one! How hard is it to make a return or a refund?! and why call security on customers? That is bad business!

CONCLUSION

1. WALMART FAILED TO PROVIDE PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

2. WALMART INTENTIONALLY PUT MY HUSBAND AND MY LIVES AND HEALTH IN DANGER BY CALLING SECURITY ON US FORCING US TO FLEE IN FEAR.

3. WALMART LOST OUR TV.

I was racially discriminated by a black Walmart staff and my husband and I were two white people. We could have been hurt and I am afraid to ever go to this Walmart again.

What is with the shouting in all caps?

I had tried to contact customer service about my tv because it failed to malfunction...

So exactly how does a television fail malfunction?

If you read that statement and think about what it means, the answer is that the television is working.

why do you care about a complaint if you don't have anything nice to say then don't comment at all. Then skip the comment.

It is possible for tv's to fail I had it happen to me. How do you explain security being called on the person.

Sounds like you were there. Hmm fishy.
