On March 31 at about 7:58 pm I went to the Walmart at 4000 Redbank rd here in cincinnati to send some money to my daughter in Texas for my grandson's medication. When I arrived at the money center the attendent, who saw me waiting, chose to ignore me standing in line.
As I waited there she walked right by me and said over her shoulder " you know we're closed". When I turned to walk away a cashier who saw what happened told me that customer service could help me. I thanked her and started to walk over to customer service but the money center attendent was already there informing the customer service attendent of my reasons for being in line and that she is not to help me. I could'nt understand why this person took it so personally to prevent me from shopping at your store.
I asked to speak to a manager and to my adding frustration the money center attendent was also the manager. I know that you are not going to do anything about this but I will never shop at that store again.
There are a lot of places I could shop. it's gonna take something truely amazing for me to shop at Walmart again.
