Paid my bill 2 hours later still no service.Called customer service had a run around.

Suggested I needed to pay my bill on time. Not that it was any of his business. I was in a wreck and wasn't able to pay on time. Missed by 3 days.

Called customer service. Ask for a supervisor on duty was never transferred. Tried three times to do that.

Still no supervisor will be changing companies.Still will try to get with a supervisor later.

They had to wait three days for their money and you are whining about waiting two hours for service. Please.

The gentleman was right, your bill must be paid on-time, otherwise you face the consequences. If you must pay late, set up payment arrangements, you may be charged a small fee to do so. Set up auto pay, just be sure you have money in your checking account, or else your bank will hit you with an OD fee.
