We are experiencing long lines on a busy Sunday night, along with dim lights all over the store...this makes me want to shop at Kroger!

Walmart has publicly acknowledged that long lines/lack of cashiers has always been the number 1 complaint from their customers. Does it look to you like they care?

They don't. Walmart would rather their customers experience long lines than spend the extra money on payroll to open more lanes. This is all starts at the top: the store managers are given only so many payroll hours, so their hands are tied.

Blame the people in Bentonville, Arkansas! You know the ones, they don't even shop at Walmart and they collect millions in salary, bonuses and stock options every year.

More employees means higher payroll which equals higher prices. Want fast checkout? Pay more and go where the crowds aren't.

Almost every corporate solution to complaints, cut payroll some more!

I can see the CEO now. 'Uh oh, there's a bunch of complaints on some websites on our stores, what should we do?

I know! Let's cut payroll some more so we can lower prices, that will make the customer happy!'

You said you wanna shop at kroger...you should probably just shut up and do that. Lines are gonna be long because of lack of cashiers.

Corporate office is the ones telling the store managers that they can't *** more because they don't wanna pay that many people. So they will always run short and calling corporate does nothing cause its their *** fault.
