On May 31st I had some tires that I purchased through Walmart.com installed by Walmart. I have purchased tires through walmart.com in the past without any incidents I decided to purchase a set for my 2011 Kia Optima.

I dropped my car off at the auto center and walk to the store to Subway to get something to eat. The technician who install the tires just completely destroyed my factory wheels. The wheels on my vehicle have an extremely flat face without a lip so obviously he did not have the experience in putting tires on that particular type of wheel.

It took days and days and multiple calls to finally get through to someone then I was finally referred to file a claim. I finally got in touch with the auto center assistant manager he took pictures of my wheels.

This entire process took approximately a month.

By the time I spoke with someone in claims they denied my claim for damages now I'm back to square one trying to get my wheels fixed. Buyer beware you're better off going to a more qualified wheel and tire shop to put the tires on.

It looks like you have corrosion under the paint all over the wheel. I don't think the tech caused your problem.
