I dropped off my disposable camera to have its photos developed on Nov. 20th.

The sign said they'd be ready November 26th (which is a LONG time as it is). They weren't ready the 26th, nor the 28th. I called on the 29th - still not ready and they couldn't tell me why. I finally was able to speak with the photo lab manager, who showed no concern about the fact that my film was shipped out to the development lab on the 28th.

I asked when they'd be ready, she said maybe 3-5 business days.

I asked whether I'd have to pay and she acted like I was *** saying that of course I'd have to pay. I think they lost the film.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Of course you have to pay, you ask a st*pid question you should expect that type of response. Why not get a job so you don't have to beg for free stuff.


YouRe just looking for something for free. Sounds like you might not get it this time.
