Here is my story how I I was ditched by Walmart. I placed an order 2677163135984. It has two items eliptical and replacement protection plan. But I received broken piece. Called same day and they placed replacement order for eliptical n
But not protection plan order number is 2677280514187.
Again I got broken piece second time also.i called walmart they told me out of stock they can't replace order and I was given two options.
Option 1: return the product and refund the money.
Option 2: purchase replacement protection plan in future when there is a stock , they are going to send replace item.
Since I am September I am trying this product I selected 2nd option to take replacement protection plan to use broken piece until then. So I asked please replacement protection plan then he told me that he does not have an ability and was suggested to go walmart in person.
I went walmart a exton,pa 19341 walmart and talked to Robert is a manager.
He told me that is online order and I can't help you.
Again started calling walmart .. First call..explained ever thing after 30 ,mints call was dropped. Called second time.. One b***** answered before I start she did not talk but she was having fun conversation with colleagues after 15 mints she asked what I need.. Call was dropped...
I tried all the ways not helpful and item cost is $611.00 .
Now I will wait for this response only till sunday...
I won't cheat like walmart does and I am telling you guys gently.. I reached out so many times and no helpful..
Here is the thing if I don't get help to buy protection plan then
I am going to cancel my order
I am going to block all my credit cards...
Then will wait for calls from walmart...
