Ordered 2 computers that were on sale and received email that they were ready to be picked up. Sent husband with email.
A few minues AFTER HE LEFT to get items, I received an email on each order stating that they were cancelled. Each email stated a different reason. One said they were cancelling due to MY request that the order be cancelled. The other stated they were unable to verify some payment info.
I spoke with customer service who told me the emails stating reasons for cancellations were often not the correct reasons, and that I could re-order in 30-60 minutes. I asked what would stop them from being cancelled again if she could not tell me the true reason.
I asked to speak with her supervisor, but was told I could not and my only recourse was to reorder. In addition to a heavy accent that was hard to understand, her comments made no sense and her attitude was totally unconcerned with my problem, despite her constant "I'm sorry" platitudes thrown in on every other sentence.
