Be warned there is not use paying for an extended warranty from Walmart.Your "warranty" may cover the part IF they still offer the part.

5 months later I am waiting on the motor for my son's scooter and it may finally ship. The company that gets the motor from Razor for the warranty is not Walmart, the warranty company, or Razor. It is another company added to the mix. After much run around and months of waiting I was told the motor was coming.

I said clearly to several people that I needed by Christmas as my son was getting something to use with the scooter. Well they shipped the motor before Christmas to arrive not only after Christmas but after the weekend as well.

They informed me I was lucky to be getting a new motor and that they are not responsible to get it to me quickly.Apparently 5 months is the speed of lightening!

Had an Experience with Walmart?
