I ordered a product online and it stated it was in stock, so I pay for 2 day shipping. Then I get an email stating it is on backorder.

So I call to see if they can give a time frame. They say that they won't know and after 10 days, a refund is issued. I may get it and I may not get it. I need the product, that's why I paid extra for the shipping.

I want some info, not a maybe and then to keep my shipping cost that no longer applies.

Horrible customer service and policies. Good luck buying online from Walmart.
