I have been a loyal customer with Wal-Mart for over 2-decades and lately the customer service is so slow that I end up waiting for over an hour to be waited on and the cashers and managers give me attitude when I ask for help. On several occasions I pick up some items to buy and they refuse to sell them to me because they have a habit of putting out inventory without putting them in the system.

Product or Service Mentioned: Walmart Manager.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
