I purchased a $30 health supplement from Walmart just to realize the bottle inside the box had a broken seal and the bottle had been opened. Customer service management Marvin refused to offer a refund including by way of gift card.

I requested the Store Manager: Willie Santizo, who the Customer Service Mgr. also failed to assist in resolving the issue by bringing the problem to the attention of the Store Manager as instructed by the Home Office complaint personnel. Bottom line I'm stuck with open/unusable merchandise at my expense and loss.

I've been dealing with this store for years and it is by far one of the worst stores I have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. Tread carefully when dealing with this establishment.

A lot of stores that carry health supplements and over the counter medications won't take them back if they've been opened. That's just the way it is.
