I purchased a Wavelink 750 WIFI Booster from on Oct 2, 2017, received it on the 10th and it did not work. Contacted Wavelink customer service (David) and for several days followed his instructions on how to make it work.

He does not recommend WPS even though it is listed as an option on their written instructions. I asked for a refund and return instructions and they have not answered me. I contacted Walmart customer service Oct 16 and they promised to get me an answer within 48 hours. I still have not heard from Walmart and now it has been 5 days.

I have filed a BBB complaint.

We'll see what happens. This product does have a 30 day money-back guarantee "for any reason" I keep a running log of events.

Product or Service Mentioned: Wavelink Ac750 Range Extender.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $3014.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Customer service failure to follow-up online.

Wavelink sucks I bought a router slash relay and it doesn't work ask Walmart for a refund they said no contact the seller I emailed them several times. No answer this is BS
