There's more to this story than we are being told. They didn't put that notice out unless you were parked there for a significant amount of time and/or at an odd hour.

More facts please or I call BS.

Walmart in Anaheim, California - Watch behind your car when arrive there or park there.

Hi, I was at Wal Mart in Walmart Anyways I had parked my car in the parking center, there were 3 empty parking, we I parked my car this Mexican worker there who was picking up the carts, decided to one of the carts in back of my car, not even one minute I was parked there, how do I know cause I decided to back up immediately where i had parked, then this carting shop was in back of me then we hit it without knowing it was there and scratched up our car. That was not right of what that worker there did. We weren't even parked there for over 1 minutes. What is the workers purpose there to be upset us. When he could of put that shopping cart next to our parking lot where there was no cars at all. I suggest you have a meeting with all your low end workers who's out to be destructive. He had no rights to put that shopping carts behind our car within less than 1 minute. What the *** is that about? Yes I am very upset of your *** workers. Thank you for your cooperation. Donalisa

I read this as you did not look behind you before backing up. That is not their fault. If the associate had pushed the cart into your vehicle, or let them roll into your vehicle, then it would be their fault.

Since Walmart owns and operates the parking lot, they have a certain duty to protect their customers from accidents/harm. If you can prove the employee was negligent, they will be compelled to pay.

It is YOUR responsibility to watch where you are going. It is clearly posted that walmart is not responsible for damage done to your car by the shopping carts. Next time watch where you are going.

They can post all they want they aren't responsible and that doesn't make it so. For example, I can get a lion and post signs I am not responsible if it attacks someone.

Guess what?! A drycleaner always has signs they aren't responsible for lost items but guess what?! Yes, in all (3) scenarios, guess who is responsible! A.

Walmart B. Lion owner C. drycleaner!

Some of these people can work but mostly their work is sit down type of work, greeters, answering telephones ect. If they truly are handicapped as you seem to indicate than you should ask if they can post more handicapped places.

Store from *** Port Richey florida walmart

Cashier are very rude refuse coupons and cust. service refused to EXCHANGE a set of lights that were bought today because my daughter is 17 and then when my neighbor who brought her as i was in the middle of the decor outside tried to exchange them he was told no that with out a receipt that dont do exchanges . BS . we only needed the same item in multi colored not clear . Clerks are not trained on how to reload gift cards or pre paids or e cards you wait in line well over 15 mins as they only have 5 normal lines open or self check out and cust. service refuses to print money orders and no one is ever working the departments when you need help. this is the worset walmart i have seen yet and there are always homeless people in the parking lot just hanging out which is a safety concern at night specifically around the holidays .

Telling you "no" is not the same as being rude. Your daughter is old enough to hold on to a receipt, the problem is yours.

Your daughter is old enough to read to find out whether the lights are mulit colored or clear. Also stop discriminating against the homeless.

Most of them are out of luck and harmless. Would you like it if you lost your job and someone discriminated and judged you, if losing your job forced you to live on the streets.

If the daughter is home schooled, and her English is as terrible as the mother's she probably does not know how to read, and would not know how to determine if the lights were multi colored or white only. Still that is no excuse as there are pictures on the box. You have a good point about the homeless and her judging them, it is the same as assuming someone is a thief because they are black, or someone is a bad driver because they are Chinese.

Maybe someone else is doing just as you explained you do with some of these products...."buying them out" of the lot of them as soon as they get any in. Unfortunately when that happens it can take longer periods of time to get certain items shipped again making the shelves bare...just as frustrating for those who just want one or two of said item as well after someone just cleared the shelf.

Go to Sam's Club or BJ'S if you don't want to wait and and buy in bulk.

I somehow doubt she asked for your credit card and ID. Your receipt perhaps but that's all.

It would seem that as odd a request as that was, you would have reported it to management. Since you didn't, Its hard for me to believe what your saying.

Walmart - Jacksonville FL looses what was a great place to shop.

My wife did her grocery shopping at the 13227 City Square Dr. Walmart in Jacksonville, FL and spent $212.00 then returned home. Later that day we discovered only to find we were missing the last 3 items on the receipt. In our opinion the quality of most of the cashiers at this store are substandard individuals. They are unfriendly, rude and have now caused our family and friends to stop shopping at this Walmart. The shopping experience at this Walmart location is very frightening. We do not feel safe inside your store or in the parking lot any longer. It's too bad for this neighborhood to loose what was a great place to shop.

First of all there are strict laws against having a relationship with a six year old child such as your wife. Your wife is obviously six years old if she is not going to take any responsibility for the items she left behind.

Perhaps send your wife with a babysitter next time so that they can take care of her and make sure she took everything she bought. I understand making mistakes, but blaming them for the mistake is something you should teach your six year old wife to stop.

Obviously your wife is six years old if she cannot write her own review when it was supposedly her who was "wronged." As started anyone can make mistakes, the mistake was both your wife and the employees, only your wife is only six years old(or acts that age) and cannot admit her mistake. Like I said there are laws against having relationships with a six year old and you are married to one, then again perhaps you are six yourself since you don't blame your wife for her part of the problem.

Anybody can make a mistake, after all we are all only human, even the WalMart employees. When you discovered the alledged three items missing, did it ever occur to you to call and talk to a manager and see what could be done about it.

I'm sure they would have had you bring in your receipt so they could tell what you hadn't received and would have corrected the situation. You say you discovered you were missing the items later on in the day, how long did you wait to put the groceries away? I hope you are aware that the security cameras show what the employees are doing, as well as the customers and if there was anything wrong with the way the employees were acting and if they were being rude, etc. What makes the store and parking lot unsafe?

Myself, I think you are upset because the cashier forgot to put three items in a bag, and decided to add a whole lot of nothing in your complaint.

It is also part of the customers responsibility to watch as their items are being bagged and that way you will notice if everything gets in the bags. The neighborhood isn't losing the store, you and your wife and your alleged family and friends are refusing to shop in a good store.

Walmart in Alpena, Michigan - Emails

I wanted to send an email to complain about a product I purchased at their store here in Michigan. I went thought all the steps and it would not send. There was no step beyond typing the complaint, giving all my information than NOTHING. tThis store has us patrons at a disadvantage since it is over 50 miles to the next city to shop.I hate Walmart . We that live in this area are a captive audience. The store itself is big and parking is not a problem, except on raining or cold days. Other big box stores have tried to come into our area but have been permitted and taxed out and probably due to walmart's influence please help me, what is my next step?

Don't you also have a KMart in Alpena? It has been a few years since I have been in your fair city. I know you are really in the middle of nowhere with few choices, but I would shop anywhere but WalMart.
