After doing business with Walmart Pharmacy for a while, I give up expecting "on time" prescription service. What are they thinking?
Walmart Pharmacy employees have never had called-in prescriptions ready when I go in to the pharmacy, usually within 24-48 hrs., to pick-up medications. They "can't find it" or ask if the "prescription was correct?" Are you kidding me?
Also, their reputation for incorrect medications and lack of apologies appears to be an ongoing problem. This is a serious oversight that should be - and will be reported to the proper authorities. To Walmart Pharmacy customers: PLEASE check your' medications before leaving the pharmacy! If your' prescription is "NOT READY" after an appropriate waiting time, then complain to the person in charge, the store manager and by letter to the Walmart Headquarters.
