Processed photos and other items using their lab technology and found the screens to be full of germs and often very dirty in general. Walmart also is shaving off a considerable amount of the paper used in their photos to save money and give the customer less value.

The envelopes the photos are placed in are also skimpy so they can save more money. Where are the pass along savings to the customers? Walmart also had the nerve to significantly raise its photo lab prices from 15 cents each for 100+ to 19 cents each (nearly 30%!) for 75 or more. The company must be struggling for business imo.

Don't use their labs - better pricing and quality from other companies. And don't touch their screens in store, germs!

Printed pictures are the exact size ordered 4x6, 5x7, 8x10 etc. they are automatically made to those specific sizes. How would trimming save paper?

Specifically what germs are on the screens? I assume you know since you can state it with such certainty, correct?
