Bought a 400 dollar tv at christmas, with a 39 dollar 3 yr warranty. Turned it on yesterday afternoon.
Inside of the screen was cracked, and i did NOTHING to it. Was told it is not covered under the warranty, but they are " sorry for the inconvenience". Im out a 400 dollar tv and they are sorry?
I will never buy electronics from their store again. Everywhere you to today in retail customer service is #1, except here!
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss warranty issue of plasma tv. Walmart needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
