DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY. I BOUGHT A 12V REMOTE CONTROL CAR.

TOOK ME 4 HOURS TO SET UP. AFTER 8 MONTHS CAR STOPPED WORKING . I CHECKED AND BATTERY WAS FULLY CHARGED. ALL CABLE CONNECTIONS WERE ALSO OK.

I WAS TOLD BY WALMART PRODUCT CARE PERSON TO DE-ASSEMBLE, PACK IN A BOX AND SHIP BACK. NO REFUNDS PROVIDED. WALMART CUSTOMER SERVICE SIMPLY READS YOU A STATEMENT PRINTED IN THEIR BOOKS. I ASKED IF I CAN TAKE IT BACK TO A WALMART STORE NEAR MY HOME.

NO, THAT COULD NOT BE DONE DUE TO THE "TERMS" OF THIS USELESS WARRANTY. CONTACTED UPS STORE.

THEY SAID THEY CAN DO THE PACKING FOR A $ 40.00 CHARGE. WALMART CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME THAT ANY CHARGES FOR BOXES, PACKING ARE NOT REIMBURSED.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $196.
