January 4, 2019... Walmart has not contacted me about their warranty. It has been at least 2 months and still no printer or refund.It was an HP Envy 5052 printer that quit working after the initial use.

I bought a HP Envy 5052 printer in June 2018. I also purchased a 2 year warranty plan at the same time.
It stopped working in September 2018. I filed a complaint on October 3, 2018. when I check the status of my claim it shows to be in progress.
This now 2 months later...no printer...no refund...no concern by HP or WalMart.
SAD customer service..
