So we're on Day 11 and counting.....On July 27, I had my oil changed at Pleasant Grove Walmart. The technician put the OIL into the TRANSMISSION and drove the car out of the bay with NO OIL in the engine.....they returned the keys to me without a word.
I made it 50 yards before I turned around, knowing something was wrong with my car.
They admitted to me that morning what they had done, but refused to help me with a rental. Here we are on August 7....no rental, refusing to take responsibility, and won't speak to me or my representative about when I can expect some action.
I have been advised by the local Ford Dealership (where I had the car towed) that my engine and transmission are "worst case scenario."
