Still not resolved by my standards. A promo code is not a refund.

I had order a cell phone off of Walmart.com. I bought it since it was the same day delivery.

I was told by the cashier that since it was cheaper in store, that I will be receiving a refund of the balance. I waited a few days and nothing. I went to the store and the manager said it shows that I paid the cheaper price for it. No and I have proof of it.

I was told to call walmart.com. I did and they said that since it was same day delivery, that the store would have to refund it. And to wait 5-10 days, Incase of the refund came back to my card. I did wait and nothing.

When I went back to the store and I still have the receipt and the emailed receipt of the higher priced paid.

They called walmart.com and was told that the issued was resolved and gave me a $15.00 off of my next online purchase. So when is a promo code a refund?

means its in the store---you might as well just go there instead!!!!
