Walmart - Poor service

Paid for WalMart Care plan and the care plan people refused to replace my product. They also gave me a major run around. They sent me a text and an email that my product was fixed and being return after they refused me and sent my IPod back. They returned it broken. THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO GET INSURANCE ON A PRODUCT FROM. Buy somewhere else. All they did was steal my money.

Walmart offers a two year replacement plan but the two year replacement plan does not apply. They tell you that if anything goes wrong in the first two years that you bring it back and they will replace the item. Completely not true. It it's still covered under the manufacturer warranty you incur shipping charges to ship it back to the manufacturer. Carpet cleaner with box 70 dollars. Not to mention your carpet in your house sours because the carpet cleaner was not picking up the water. So you are paying for a two year replacement plan but you only get one year worth of replacement. Complete scam.

Got a nextbook tablet 4 daughter 4 christmas 2014...within months I have to return it for not charging correctly/ charger was messed up. Return that one got another one then within months of that the screen cracked....I tried to get it replace since I bought an extra warranty thru Walmart but the inusuance company said when I got the replacement one it cancelled the extra insurance that was suppose to have covered it after the 1 year warranty. This tablet doent hold charge....it turrns off by itself while in use. I feel I have been treated unfairly! What is the use of buy extra 2 year warranty when doesnt cover it ???

I call BS on this. I have never had Walmart refuse a return on anything, as long as the complaint was legitimate. I suspect there's more to this story than OP is admitting.

I purchased 2 airbeds frkm walmart online and the women in the claims department denied my claim of these two airbeds not working correctly when she didnt even see my returned product and let me send it in to prove to them that my airbeds were covered under their 2 year replacement plans. Do not waste your money at walmart buying replacement plans. No matter what is really wrong with the products the judge will always be some rude representative on the other line that can not see the physical issue with products but yet still determines whether or not you get a replacement.

I got a exact same horrible experience as you got. I just bought a cell phone from walmart on MID NOV.2015 ,and never got the item. I did try to contact their customer service,I bought it from online ,they refused to give me a refund or replacement. It is very very terrible case I got. Never got things like that, and very bad customer service, keep asking me to file the police report and then might be got the solution for my case. It is very ridiculars ,who got lost the item, it is the carrier-FedEx, why do they ask me to get a report ? I paid the money and got this trouble thing,waste my money and time to responds this and reply that. And no refund. You can't believe walmart has stock and so many store, they can treat their customer like that bad way. They stole my money. I located in New York. I would like to share my experience with everyone.

Walmart in Lancaster, Ohio - What Customer Service

When someone arranges a return and replacement that is what should happen. My return got stuck in processing and Walmart.com cancelled the order. Instead I am told I would receive a refund to my bank account within 7 days. If I wanted a refund I would have chosen that option when I arranged the return. It took you 6 days to get all that done, plus up to 7 days waiting for the refund plus at least 4 more days while I order it from Amazon.com. At least 17 days without a microwave. Tomorrow will be day 7 waiting for my refund and yet another customer service rep is telling me on Facebook to give it a couple more days. The same old song and dance I got when trying to get my replacement microwave to ship. Making a customer pay for issues on your end is no way to keep a customer. I still don't have a microwave, one that I ordered so I could use it as a tool on Thanksgiving. I was told by a customer service rep on the phone that it's the policy of Walmart.com to issue a refund when they have to cancel an order. You cancelled an order that was put there by a customer service rep to replace a defective item. I can't imagine it would have been too difficult to re-order the item like you did before. Well I have policies too - one is not to let some business screw me over I have had issues with your customer service before over returns you claimed not to have received but were sitting in your return warehouse all along. After more than a month of harassment and a threat to take the money out of my account. I called the freight company YOU sent to pickup the items. They informed me that both returns were delivered and they supplied me with both tracking numbers. I was then able to send the tracking numbers for both to you. A customer should not have to do that. This recent issue is the last straw and looking at your Facebook page one can clearly see that I am not alone in all this. You chose the wrong time of year to lose a customer

Placed one order with 2 items on May 29'th. Got email one shipped to arrive June 8 and the other to arrive June 16. On June 9 got another email has been delayed and is still processing so I guess it never really did ship. After many calls to find out where order is and told many different stories depending who I talk to they canceled the order and put in a replacement order, again never shipped. I then asked for a refund. They canceled one of the items although I still have not received a refund on and the other item they say is stuck in refund processing so I wont even know anything on that cancelation for 5 additional days ! It took 30 seconds to take my money on May 29'th and weeks so far ( on the third week now ) to either give me the products or my money back. I will never again order site to store from Walmart.com. Still waiting for my refund and highly agitated waiting for my refund !!!!!!!
