We purchased a Euro-Pro convection oven from Walmart.com just over a year ago. Within several months an important *** broke off.

Euro-Pro replaced it. Two months later the replacement *** broke off. And then the temperature gauge gave us two choices, hot or cold. And finally, two months after the warranty ended, the machine died.

Euro-Pro tried to offer us a deal on another unit, terribly unrelated to a convection oven, because this unit has been removed from the market, but at least they made an offer. Have you ever tried to contact Walmart and make a complaint? Well, we did and we wasted too much time doing so.

We generally don't broadcast online our complaints but in this case we believe Walmart deserves it. We'll never buy anything more than food from this company.

Product or Service Mentioned: Walmart Replacement.

Monetary Loss: $65.

So you are blaming walmart for a manufacturer defect? Your problem is with Euro Pro, not walmart.

What Im getting from what your saying is that Euro Pro exhausted all of their help to you and so now its walmarts turn? Yet, walmart isn't replacing your oven because they are an awful company? Or is it due to the fact that they are not responsible for the manufacturers defect and only issues refunds up to 90 days after purchase with the receipt and you want an exception made in your case because you feel you are special?

I think its the latter of the two. :x

I have contacted walmart to make a complaint. THEY FAIL but it really didn;t suprise me. Outdate yogurt, outdated lettace, meat inside rotten terrible place to buy food and reporting it to the STORE failure and reporting it to customer care FAIL went back a month later AND STILL THE SAME ISSUES
