Had to wait fifteen minutes for a manager to open a case (in an empty store!!) And then had to wait ten minutes at a register for same manager to come approve my exchange. After that, the item I had waited for scanned at twice the price as listed in the case.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of staff. Walmart needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
