It takes 5 minutes from my house to get to the Rosedale Wallmart. 15 minutes to find and load my shopping cart.

And 25 to 30 minute's in line to check out. On the way out a person comes over from talking to friends and wants to see my receipt. I have know ideal who he is and he doesn't check the cart or items, but wants to check my receipt. I am 60 yrs.

old and have never seen a store so disorganized and counterproductive. I will not go back.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

You are under no obligation to present your receipt to anyone at Walmart. Just keep walking.

If they want to call the cops, then let them. You have nothing to worry about if you have paid for all your items.

You are 60 years old and already going senile.

So...what exactly does the list of time frames at the beginning have to do with your complaint? I highly doubt that the greeter was talking to friends. It sounds like you are just looking for something to complain about and you think that because of your age you think you deserve special treatment.

They are called people greeters. They check receipts of customers who have unbagged or large items in their carts.

Some will mark all receipts, depending on the store. They do speak with their customers and sometimes the regular customers will strike up a conversation.

Its not a stranger who is chatting with friends and just decides to rush over to look at your receipt, and he doesn't have to go thru the items in your cart. Its not a big deal so what is the problem????
