Walmart - Straight Talk
Ive had this plan of unlimited usage for over a year with no problems....Then, on Sunday my Internet stopped working.
I called them and was told there were service problems in my area and to call back if it did not one back on within 24 hours. The next day and for the next several days there was a 30+ minute hold only to be transferred and told all customer service reps were busy and unable to take my call. This Is the fourth day and I'm pissed! This doesn't make any sense.
I pay my bill on-time, for service I expect to receive.When it works it's fine, but if you can find something comparable, go with them!
Monetary Loss: $50.
