I had not been back to Walmart in a long time, but had my receipt. I was told that the receipt is longer valid since the purchase was over 90 days.

I asked what that meant and was told I would receive a gift card. That was fine, however one item was short changed by $2.67. They said that since the re eipt wasn't valid they would give me the lowest price. I said the giftcard was fine but being ripped off, when I have a receipt was unacceptable.

Asked to see the store manager. Was told he doesn't work weekends. Her name was Sandrs and she was manager of customer service. Walmart has never been this petty.

Why *** off your shoppers? This attitude further shows that Walmart is in trouble with competition with Amazon. Then to top everything off, the giftcard is given to me without a receipt of the itemized return items. I will call the store today, then corporate.

Thanks Sandra for doing a terrible customer service transaction. You should learn who is important in dealing with customers.
