went all the way to corporate and its been two days and still no one has contacted me. I guess they just will not honor the warranty and then just ignore the customer even if it goes to the corporate office.

went to Walmart 3100 Johnson ferry road and customer service refused to honor pro rated warranty on car battery. Quite frankly the associates act like they have no idea about the store's policy on car batteries.

They didn't even know that everstart is a wallmart brand and tried to tell me I have to deal directly with everstart. Called the corporate office and they said it takes three days to get a hold of a store manager.

So I still have car battery under warranty and wallmart will not honor the warranty. I have been shopping at Walmart for years and the customer service is the worst I have seen it in a long time.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: honor your pro rated warranty,,,, train you customer service and make managers available when there are issues..
