Review about: Walmart Website.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $166.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Unwilling to satify customer.

I didn't like: Customer service.

at least when you click you get the price they are going to charge you. wouldn't you be mad if it said 169.99 but billed your card for $200. You have a choice and drop your entitlement attitude.

It was an error, try to manage a website with millions of item with different prices changing every minute, there has to be an error some times.

There is absolutely nothing, NOTHING that can be done to get you the price you want if it changes at check out or when our click on it, it is how it is, an error, get over your life.

Even their policy says they will not honor price errors.

But you people seem to have f***ing air in your heads and don't understand when no means no. Even if they are a billionaire company or whatever, everything that you spend is re-used to keep the company growing, not to spoil your a**

It was apparently an error. They are not obligated to honor errors.

By the way, whoever said 'the customer is always right' was an ***. The customer is absolutely not always right.
