the complaint for the product is below... but i bought this product from walmart.com and then Walmart informed me that it's from a third party and there for they won't return it!
this company is not worth giving your business to! we bought a desk from them and it was missing the cam bolts and the screw covers. i contacted the company and they informed me they were out of both items. but, they would give me a $50 refund so i could buy them myself. they told me home depot had them. so i went to home depot but they didn't have the size i needed. after a lot of back and forth they final agreed to let me return the desk... it took about two hours of back and forth for this to get settled. they also claimed to have technical glitches as my text chat conversations suddenly ended, so i had to talk to three different people along the way. Vergel P, Anthony A and Jessel N. i can't express how frustrating communicating with them was. i even tried returning the item to Walmart, Walmart told me that even tho i bought it off their website it was a third party item and needed to be returned through that company.
back to best choice products, after they agreed to return the desk they told me i'd be receiving a discounted shipping label. below is a copy of the return policy, it says nothing about a discounted shipping label.... again i voiced my disappointment and got them to return it for free.

All returned items will receive a full refund and will not be charged a restocking fee. All returns will be shipped back to a Best Choice Products Return Center at customers expense. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and all accessories in the original shipment must be included. All returns require an RA (Return Authorization) number which will be given by a Best Choice Products Customer Service Representative. A valid RA form must be put in box before shipping back. Items received without an RA form may not be accepted or may increase your processing time. Once an item has been received back in our warehouse all refunds or replacements will be processed within 5 business days. Replacement or Refund of Defective or Damaged Item Defective or Damaged products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or, the purchase price will be refunded back to your original payment method. It is at the company discretion whether the item be sent back to a Best Choice Products Return Center. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Once your return is processed, and is verified to meet the basic criteria above and to be defective or damaged, your refund will be issued or your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on product availability.
