I ORDERED AN PE 500 EMBROIDERY MACHINE ON JANUARY 5 WHY DID IT GO TO THE STORE IN ROWLETT TEXAS INSTEAD OF HOUSTON TEXAS. NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE ONLINE ORDERS NOW I NEED MY REFUND TODAY JANUARY 12 ON MY CARD.

OR GIVE ME ANOTHER MACHINE TODAY.

AND ALSO YOU NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS TO ANSWER THE PHONES OR THEY WILL ANSWER THEM AND PUT YOU ON HOLD UNTIL YOU HANG UP. AND THIS IS AT ALL OF THE HOUSTON LOCATIONS.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

I didn't like: 20 people in a line only 3 registers open.

YOU need to pay attention to the location of the online order, YOU had to select it to place the order...use YOUR brain.

I did correct my mistake. They still sent to other location.

But the other location should send to my location with their trucks. They go all over usa.
